Who to contact
For privacy questions, account requests or deletion requests, contact dev@kompiut.com. Kompiut is still in early setup, so this page is a practical notice for the service, not a replacement for complete legal operator details required before a broad public launch.
Data we process
Kompiut only asks for data needed to create an account, save a workspace, understand a device profile and operate the service safely.
- Account and contact data: email address, authentication status and support messages.
- Device readiness data: machine name, operating system, CPU, GPU, memory, disk, Docker/CUDA indicators, uptime expectation, user limits and contribution path requirements you enter.
- Authentication and security events: login, session, workspace membership and abuse-prevention signals.
- Service telemetry and logs: hosting, API, database and error logs needed to keep Kompiut reliable and secure.
Data we do not want
Do not send seed phrases, private keys or personal files to Kompiut. The product is not designed to collect passwords, SSH keys, browser cookies, camera access, microphone access or private documents.
Why we use data
We use this data to provide login, save your workspace, evaluate device readiness, show contribution limits, prevent abuse, debug failures, answer support requests and meet legal or security obligations.
Processors and infrastructure
Kompiut currently relies on Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting and deployment logs, GitHub for code and deployment workflow, and Google Workspace for email. If payment, tax or identity providers are added later, they need their own review before launch.
Retention and deletion
Account and workspace records are kept while your account is active or while needed for security, support and legal reasons. Operational logs are retained according to provider settings. You can ask us to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to processing of your personal data by emailing support.
Transfers and rights
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where GDPR applies, you can request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection and complaint options with a data protection authority.
Security
Kompiut uses service-level access controls, authenticated API routes and database rules to limit access. No internet service can promise absolute security, so sensitive secrets and personal files should never be submitted.
